These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Central Station website and your participation in Central Station programs. By accessing our website or registering for a program, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Central Station

Central Station is operated by Central Station Co. We organize curated social and cultural programs for adults in select cities. Our contact email is membership@centralstation.club.

2. Program Registration

By completing a registration and payment for a Central Station program, you are reserving a seat in that specific program season. Registrations are subject to availability. Central Station reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program if minimum enrollment is not met, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Central Station to charge the applicable program fee. Prices are listed in US dollars and include all applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

You may purchase seats for yourself and guests. The total charge will reflect the price per seat multiplied by the number of guests selected at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase
The program start date must be at least one week away at the time of the request
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Refund requests that do not meet both conditions above will not be honored. To request a refund, email us at membership@centralstation.club with your name, program, and purchase date.

If Central Station cancels a program, a full refund will be issued regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

5. Program Conduct

Central Station programs are designed to be welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable for all participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program — without refund — if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to other participants or staff.

6. Attendance

Some programs require commitment to attending all or most sessions. Attendance expectations are described on each program page. By registering, you confirm that you have reviewed and can meet the attendance requirements for that program.

7. Waitlist

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee a spot in a program and does not constitute a payment or binding commitment. We will notify waitlisted individuals by email if a spot becomes available or if a program launches.

8. Limitation of Liability

Central Station is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programs or use of our website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant program.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Central Station website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Central Station Co. and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website or registration for programs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the state in which Central Station Co. is incorporated.
